Use of this website
You may browse this website for personal and business information purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting spam or harmful content through the contact form, or copying site content for commercial use without our permission.
Our services
We offer graphic design, branding, UI/UX design, website design and development, presentation design, marketing creatives, landing pages and website optimisation. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written quote or proposal that you approve before work begins.
Quotes and payments
- Prices shown on our Pricing page are starting points; your final price is the one in your approved quote.
- Unless your quote says otherwise, an advance payment is required before work starts, with the balance due on completion and before final files are delivered.
- Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged in addition to quoted prices.
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, stock images, fonts or plugins are billed separately or paid directly by you.
Revisions and changes
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quote. Additional revisions, or changes to the agreed scope, may be charged separately and can affect the timeline. We'll always confirm any extra cost with you first.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals on time, and you confirm that any text, images, logos or other materials you give us are yours to use. Delays in feedback or content may move the project timeline.
Intellectual property
Once the project is paid in full, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you. Draft concepts, unused designs and our internal tools remain our property. Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and marketing.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a project at any time by telling us in writing. Payments cover work already completed and are generally non-refundable; for cancelled projects we'll invoice only for work done up to the cancellation date, as set out in your quote.
Confidentiality
We keep any confidential business information you share with us private and use it only to deliver your project.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to deliver high-quality work, but we can't guarantee specific business results such as sales, rankings or traffic. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for issues caused by third-party services.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
